How to Send Electronic Documents to WES?

World Education Service [WES] is a non-profit organization that helps students and professionals to achieve their professional and academic goals in Canada, and the U.S. Credential evaluation is a mandatory process for getting the Canada immigration visa. 

In the past, you have to send the academic records to WES through the concerned universities. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, individuals and universities are unable to send physical documents. Therefore, now WES accepts the academic records sent from the official, verified, and secured electronic sources. 

There are three ways in which you can send your electronic documents to WES.

Online platform: The universities that issued your documents have to share thedocuments through their own online platform or use a third-party provider. Thedocuments are issued as digitally signed and certified PDFs. 

Exchange Network: If the concerned university has an agreement with WES, theycan send the documents directly to the WES using the closed secure network. 

Email: Even though the WES does not accept documents attached via anemail, you can send the documents to WES if there is an agreement with theinstitution and the WES. The electronic documents should be sent from theofficial mail ID of the concerned universities.
